Rusty focuses his time helping the runners in the San Diego Track Club’s Rock N Roll Marathon Training Program. He offers free seminars at their training sessions which focus on injury prevention, stretching, foot evaluations for proper shoe fit, and safe training progressions. Rusty’s expertise is enhanced by his own personal experience with running, completing triathlons, and marathons. Rusty also has extensive experience with shoulder injuries, progressing back to sports, and baseball throwing mechanics.

He enjoys walking the neighborhood with his dog, Sally, growing roses and giving them to others. He is honored to serve as team Manager for Tony's North Count Mavericks team, and is most happy spending time with family.
